I apologize in advance for the state of this messy and disorganized website. Just like with any endeavor worth pursuing (hint hint: economic development in the global south) it is often messy, difficult and in need of lots of patience :) I thank you for coming along for the ride.

Here I am thinking of introducing the development economists that most influence my thinking, as well as big unknowns I have. I’d pepper personal observations from growing up in China, as well as anecdotes of my time building the Bogota Metro. I’d make some point about how the U.S. is just 5% of the world’s population, and we have a moral imperative to improve the welfare of people in Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia.

It’s going to take a while before I update this section, so please don’t hold your breath.
